💼 Job Opportunity: Field Associate (For Women)

We are hiring enthusiastic and committed women as Field Associates to represent Cherify Care Foundation in their own villages.

✅ Job Details:

• Post Name: Field Associate

• Salary: ₹8,500/- per month (Permanent Job)

• Additional Benefits: Yearly increment + Performance-based bonus

• Working Area: Your own village (should have at least 3000 families)

• Work Schedule: 25 days per month

• Target: 5 families per day = 125 families per month

This job empowers women to serve their own community, while also earning a stable monthly income.

🛠️ Role & Responsibilities

As a Field Associate, your primary role will be to reach out to families in your village and help them access affordable, essential products and health benefits. You will:

1. Distribute Free Samples of Daily Use Products

You will offer free samples worth ₹100 from any of the following categories:

• Indian Spices: Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, etc.

• Home Cleaning Products: Detergent, Dishwash Liquid, Handwash, Toilet Cleaner, etc.

➡️ All products have a Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of ₹100, and are sold at the same price or even lower than market rates.
➡️ Once a family tries the product and is satisfied, they can purchase any with 10% discount from cash coupon.

2. Offer ₹500/- Cash Coupon

• After testing the free samples, when a family decides to buy the product, they receive a ₹500/- Cash Coupon from Cherify Care Foundation.

• This coupon enables them to enjoy a 10% discount on MRP on their purchases, making household shopping more affordable.

3. Distribute the Swastha Suvidha Health Card

Each family that agrees to take the full offer (all 4 products) will also receive a free Health Card – called Swastha Suvidha.

• Free Basic Health Check-Ups during Cherify health camps

• Discounts on Medicines from partnered local pharmacies

• Doctor Consultations at Reduced Rates in select clinics/hospitals

This card is especially valuable for families in rural areas with limited access to healthcare.

4. Distribute Prepaid Cashback Expense Cards

Introduce and help families use Cherify’s Prepaid Cashback Expense Card.

• Families purchase Cherify products using this special prepaid card.

• On every eligible purchase, they receive instant cashback, which is added back to the card.

• This encourages smart shopping, savings, and builds trust in the community.

❗ Important Condition to Avail Benefits:

To enjoy the full benefits (₹500 cash coupon, health card, and cashback card), a family must agree to take all 4 types of products.
If they refuse any one product, they are not eligible for the offer.

• Daily Target: 5 Families

• Working Days: 25 Days

• Monthly Goal: 125 Families

You will maintain a simple record of each family served and submit reports monthly.
