• Medical Field:

  • MBBS students

  • B.Sc. Nursing students

• Education Field:

  • Students pursuing B.Ed., M.Ed., or other teaching-related programs

• Management Field:

  • Students pursuing degrees in business administration, public administration, or NGO management

• Marketing and Communications:

  • Students specializing in marketing, PR, content creation, digital marketing, and more

• Other Disciplines:

  • Anyone with a passion for social work and community service is welcome

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students currently enrolled in their 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th semester

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must have a strong desire to work for the betterment of society

Mode of Internship

We understand the diverse needs of students, which is why we offer flexible working options:

• Work From Home – Ideal for those who cannot relocate

• Work at Our Corporate Office – Engage with our central team and gain core experience

• Work at Our Branches – Get field-level experience and understand on-ground operations

You can choose the most suitable mode according to your location and availability.

Duration of Internship

• The internship period is typically 4 to 6 months, depending on the department and the intern’s availability.

• Interns who exhibit dedication, skills, and alignment with our mission may be offered permanent positions within the organization after the internship.

Stipend Details: We appreciate the efforts of our interns and offer the following monthly stipend:

• Doctors (MBBS or equivalent): ₹6,000 per month

• Other Interns (Nurses, Teachers, Managers, Marketing, etc.): ₹4,000 per month

This amount is given monthly throughout the internship tenure.

Certification & Career Benefits

Upon successful completion of the internship, each intern will receive:

• Internship Completion Certificate

• Performance Report

• Letter of Recommendation (Based on Merit)

These documents add great value to your resume and can be essential for future academic or career opportunities.

Internship Registration Fee

To ensure quality services, hostel facilities, meals, and a structured internship experience, we charge a one-time registration fee of ₹18,000/-.

This fee covers:

• Accommodation and food

• Access to training and mentorship

• Administrative and material costs
